Changing Punto Rear Lights

I have just bought Lexus lights for my Punto, before I go messing with my car, I thought I would try and get advice about removing my exsisting light covers so I know what I am doing! Thanks.

assuming you have a mk1 punto, open the boot and along the trim panel behind the light unit you should notice the there are two holes covered with plastic caps, one near the top and one below the parcel shelf. there should be a plastic tool with the tool kit (on top of the spare wheel) to unscrew the 2 bolts. Pull the unit from the outside and and unplug the connector.
