Radio Code Input Suzuki Vitara

Got my code, but can't remember how to put it in, radio is in safe mode, altho I can hear faint radio in background, battery never was disconnected, so think radio is playing up!,,and not out, so to speak

Any one know how to put code in? It's a Suzuki vitara v reg

If the battery was not disconnected it should not have lost the code, as silly as this may sound, have you tried turning the sound up?

Arr, thanks Methyl, I do vaguely remembering the AS button from years back, will try tomorrow....

Yes, turn ignition on, press AS button, number 10 appears on left, input code in next four spaces, press AS button again, and blast ur ear drums, then turn volume down.
