Bridesmaid Dress Alteration Help!

What do i do here?

The dress is a size 6/8 and the girl is pregnant.

I think she will be a good 7 months by the wedding?

The dress has been discontinued so i cant get the same one x

But the dresses are all different colours. I assume it's just the style that's the same.
