So, while 63% of users think that it's great (i.e worth 4 or 5 stars), there are still 21% who think that it's rubbish (i.e. 1 worth only 1 or 2 stars).

Perhaps reading through the comments, rather than simply looking at the scores, might help you decide whether it's the thing for you?

I won one a few years ago and it seemed ok but I felt it had to be done every hour on the hour for the rest of my life for it to have any great effect. I eventually gave it away and just let my old jowls sag !
