According to netmarketshare.com, Chrome has 18% of the browser market share on desktops. According to statcounter.com, Chrome has 53% of the browser market share on desktops. They can't both be right, who should I believe?
I think the statcounter figure must include both Desktop and Tablet (Android). I went on the statcounter web page and selected Desktop only but it gave that very high Chrome figure but I think that is wrong. This web page here seems to think the high Chrome figure includes desktop AND tablets....
depends how they measure it, If its by installations, well i have got 3 browsers installed......again if its by use, i use different browsers for different things.
IE has the biggest share followed by Chrome then Firefox then Safari then Opera . It changes everyday and soon the new Windows 10 browser EDGE will be in the market as well
