I didn't notice it until they drew my attention to it. I presume they anticipate the cost will be covered by extra revenue generated from it - after all Camelot are a private profit-making organisation.

They get a fixed amount 5% for running costs and profit and any costs incurred in redesigning its website will come from their money.

Their site will be high to maintain and host due to the large amount of teaffic it gets, and the ever changing data it has to display.
