When I try to open this program a box with the message, ''Microsoft Word Starter 2010 cannot be opened. Try again or repair the product in Control Panel''. I haven't had this problem before, i'm using Windows 7. Can someone talk me through how to repair or restore it please, thanks.

I have followed the instructions but now when I try to open it a message appears, 'Click-2-Run Configuration failure'. What do I need to do, thanks.
