what is the maximum mg of cod liver capsules is it safe to consume in 24hrs

I suppose it would depend on the strength of them. The ones I take are one a day. Not sure why you would want to take a lot?

I have 1000 mg capsules, was told it would help with my sore stiff knees

3 * 1000mgms, would be the absolute maximum daily dose and i would even question that 2 *1000mgm capsules would be safe.
