No Hot Water In Th Ekitchen Of My Flat

I live in a block of 60 flats. There is a communal boiler providing hot water and heating to the entire block, and there does not seem to be a problem in general. In my kitchen the hot water tap has y low pressure, and it only provides cold water. In the bathroom I get decent pressure and temperature from my hot water tap. Any ideas? Does this mean something wrong with the pipe to my kitchen hot water tap? Much appreciated...

Without knowing the layout of your flat how can anyone give you an answer ?
Best advice is get a plumber in to sort it for you.

Have you changed the kitchen tap recently, Anthony?
If not, could you say what type of tap it is...... mixer?
