I fell asleep last week and felt something crawling on my face, so i brushed it off. This occurred two more times afterwards. Then the other day something bit me in my sleep. After that i have been afraid to go to sleep. I cant sleep without waking up every 30 minutes or thinking something is crawling on me. Why is this?

Its because you are scared that something will get you. If you sleep bad things will get you, so avoid this by not sleeping.

Hi aurora

Your now too aware that something has been crawling on you hence why you keep waking up imagineing that there is!  You should be able to put your mind at rest by hoovering and checking under the bed, mattress and looking for any little hiding places that insects could be hiding in. With the colder weather all sorts of bugs etc. will be making their way in to warm houses, so get the bug spray out and go check!!

Hope you get the little pest if there is one and start to have peaceful nights sleep again :o)

...and get a mosquito net..I could NEVER sleep outside one now.....once bitten, twice shy!
Stop sleeping in the park :)
