How Do I?

Load a photo on here. Been to tinypic but can't get it to work, help please.

Cannot do it, can't see browse.

You should see 'Upload Images & Videos' in orange type.

Below that it should say 'File' and 'No file selected', with the grey 'Browse' button in between the two.

I can upload the photo but cannot go any further.

Once you've got to the stage where 'No file selected' is replaced by 'deerfeeding.jpg' (or whatever the name of your file is) you then need to click on 'Upload Now' and complete the 'captcha' thingy.
