Cant Call International On My Phone, How To Undo This..

im on giff gaff network using a samsung galaxy s4. i have internationla call barring enabled. i want to stop this to allow me to make international calls .

i click - settings,click - my device, click - call, click - more settings, click call barring, click voice call , click - intetnational calls disabled then it asks me for a password, a password i have forgot. i have used and tried approx 5 passwords with no luck.

what can i now then do ? i dont want phone to be locked.

Do you have to call your network provider - I know I do if I want to make international calls!
