How do you rate errrrr getting an invitation to see a niece's house at midday tomorrow!!! I can see it really far enough.

OMG - I sorta only rally round at that time. I am not a morning person and niece and cousin really know it.

I am psyching myself to be really ready in the mornin' - well do you think midday to see a house early or what.

Ta Mamy LOl - I couldn't tell you what it is - no, I lurve this niece so much and wouldn't hurt her for the world, but niece has moved in with this guy since Jan and both myself and her mother aren't necessarily happy with her choice - neither here nor there - he won't be there????

As far as I can make out - just to have a wee look and for the want of a better word - the house is the image of mine.

I will be "awake" all night in case I sleep in.

If it's only a cup of tea and to see the house, couldn't you contact your niece to say "you know I'm in no fit state at that time of day, can I come round later?"
