We have a Cannon MG4250 printer in our office, for the last few days its been playing up saying there is a paper jam, I've managed to get it working again, but today its saying there is a paper jam at the back, I've checked front and back and there is no paper jammed anywhere in the machine, but it still saying paper jam. I've switched it off and on again, and pressed ok, but the same message keeps coming up. Before I give up and go and buy another printer, can anyone suggest anything? I have to get quotes and invoices printed today so need a solution or will just have to get another printer.
