My wife has asked me to take out a link on her watch strap. Ihave done this before on my watches but tjis is a Ladies wacth and hence a lot smaller. I think on my previous watches you just press the pin down on both sides of the link but can't remember it te pin should come completely out. Thanks inadvance for any help to get precious Bonus points from the wife,

Be careful....depending on the make of watch and type of link, it's not quite as simple as it once was ....there may be pins that you slide out or U-shaped connectors (in which case you usually have arrows to show the direction of removal). Some slimline bracelets have pins that are screwed out (look for the tiny screwdriver slot in the end of several pins)...you will need a TINY screwdriver.
I've done this many, many times as I own LOTS of watches!

It's a Fitbit watch as the wife is into this fitness lark so I think its a cheap strap.
I thought these "activity trackers" all came on silicone rubber straps....didn't know some came on bracelets that could need adjustment by link-removal. Sorry....can't help with specific details.

Correction to my last. The wife bought the watch only and then bought a cheap metal strap from Amazon.
