Is there anything on the market such as an adaptor or attachment that would allow me to turn a power drill into a saw for example?

Wish I could help you, but I'm in U.S. and I think it would be easier for you to go to Belarus than here.  Might try e-bay... seems they have about everything... Sorry I couldn't be of more help...

back in the early 70's I bought a black and decker drill complete with attachments for circular and jig saw similar to clanads link. They were quite popular then but I would imagine they were phased out when cheap jig and circular saws were produced. A call to any Black and Decker dealer should let you know if they still exist.
