the company are going to send me a new filter, much good that will do if its the same problem. I wanted a refund which they appear to have refused. Its got a two year warranty so don't see the problem.

They won't be obliged to refund if it isn't faulty.

i expect you are right but if i were handicapped in some this machine wouldn't be right for me at all, 30 minutes i tried getting the filter part back in and lots of swearing to boot.
