You will have to sign in with Wordpress who now handle Gravatar.

I think that your email sign in has to be the same as the one you use for Answerbank.

Also the email address in Gravatar must be the primary one, i.e. at the top of the list. If it isn't you can make it so by clicking on it.

Thank you . Sounds too complicated for me to try in case i delete something not supposed to. Just got back on here after getting new computer and email address.

Put your new email into your AB profile and delete your old one(s) from Gravatar. You won't do any harm.

Come on Lottie you won't hurt anything. Use the link I posted in a new tab and let's see you. You will have to log in to gravatar using your original log in, but can then change it in profile once you are signed in. If you have forgotten your old password use the "Forgotten Password" option.
