I'd never noticed how macabre Rocky's avatar pic was before today. I mean I knew it was a racoon, but didn't really 'see' the full picture before- does that make sense?

Anyone else's picture make you wonder why they've picked the one they have?

must admit, I don't usually pay that much attention to the finer detail of an av.

Once Rocky's was pointed out, I did have a better squint at it and it just made me grin :-D

It was a while before I realised mine was confusing and I had to explain I wasn't a nurse, but by then it/she had grown on me.

I have a few in my wardrobe but always come back to this one.

Think most people are the same then? We recognise users by their pictures, but we tend to stop 'seeing' them especially if they don't change them.

On holiday visiting a botanical garden, I strayed off the official path to get some shots of the massive and amazing cacti. I slipped trying to get the best angle. My avatar is how I looked sitting in the car "itching" to get my clothes off!

dunno why I'm green faced, Boo, when I was able to get an av I just googled my brains out and settled on her.
Did change it once and was promptly asked to bring her back lol

I think regular posters recognise each other by consistent use of an av.

Yes , uniforms - one for all occasions and procedures.

Latex gloves and hyperdemic nerdles are cheaper in bulk too. ;-)
