Golf Trolley Battery
6 Answers
After a round of golf,as soon as I get home I put the battery on charge. The red light comes on for quite a while then the amber for charging ..quite a while ...then the green light for finish.A few days will pass and then the day before my next round I put the battery on charge for a "top up".But the charging takes just as long as when I've played a full round. What has happened to the battery in the mean time? Thanks.

It will get worse until it won't charge at all. It is caused by deterioration in the battery cells , they gradually fill up with Lead Sulphate . This is a reaction to the Lead and the Sulphuric Acid that form the battery.
