third party messages on t mobile bill

just received my tmobile bill and there are 19 text messages from third party services ,when i phoned to complain a very helpful lady (not) said i had subscribed to this service and if i wanted a refund i should contact the company that sent the messages to me .i have NOT received any text messages from this company nor have i subscribed to any service with them ,i phoned the company but got an answer machine  message saying leave your name and number and we will get back to you within 3 working days then cuts off before you can leave a message .i have texted the word stop to the number provided ,the company is called mx telecom what else can i do ? any one else have any problems like this?

Ring T-Mobile again and ask them to block any calls or charges coming to you from MX telecom. They must do this for you. I have had a similar situation with Vodafone. It's the same with a lot of thos call centres like T Mobile - if you speak to someone who isn't helpful, ring straight back and chances are you'll get a different answer from someone else who will be able to help you.
