Does anyone know how to speak to someone at Amazon ? I have two parcels to return before shut off date Feb 8th. I have been waiting for nearly two weeks for them to be collected. I have sent three emails to Amazon without a reply. I can only find by Googling, a premium 09 phone number which is charged at £ 1.50 per minute.

Have you specifically been told the goods will be collected? I've always had to return my goods through the post office using a pre label from Amazon.

have you got an ipad or other device with the Amazon app?

Just tried mine and reached an option for Amazon to call you back and also found this number

You don't call Amazon, they call you. (So it's free).

Log into your account.
Click 'Help' (in the grey bar near the top of the page).
Select the most appropriate looking option (or use the search facility).
You should eventually reach an option to speak to someone, where you'll be asked to provide your phone number and indicate whether you wish to be called straight away or later.
If you select the former option you'll get a call (from Ireland) within a minute or two.

It's always worked for me!

Thanks guys, particularly Tuvok. Have been in touch with Amazon & am being refunded. I have also been informed that Amazon do not now require the return of the equipment. Thanks again for your help.
