Samsung J5 2016 Problems

Suddenly I cannot email videos to people, videos that I have taken that are in my Gallery, the Send button is faded. Never used to be. Photos are OK. And some of my videos in my Gallery have no sound, for no reason. All my volumes are up to full, some videos have sound and some dont. I am not technical so easy answers please... thanks all.

Save all your stuff then factory reset it put your stuff back on.should be ok
