Using Hot Water And Electric?

Hi ok...all a pipedream at the mo but i am thinking of doing up a minibus/motorhome to do as a beauty mobile van, is there any way this is possible to access hot water and electric without hooking up? I know this is a travel question but I have no idea on how accessible they are. Thanks

Alternatively you could leave the van's engine running and use a power inverter to convert the 12V DC from the alternator/battery to 230V AC. While power inverters to run electrical items such as computers (which only require minimal current) are fairly cheap and plug into a vehicle's cigarette socket, those which are powerful enough to use with things like commercial hair dryers are expensive and need to be permanently wired in. e.g. https://www.screwfix.com/p/ring-powersourcepro-12-5a-3000w-inverter-230v/9495r
