Can Anyone Speak Non-Google German?

I have used Google Translate but it doesn't seem quite right.

"Ak Nürburg im Kreis Ahrweiler Rheinland Pfalz, Katzenbach auf dem Nürburgring, Rennwagen" is the description of the postcard

"Ak Nürburg in the district of Ahrweiler Rheinland Pfalz, Katzenbach on the Nürburgring, race car" is what it has been translated to. I am not sure if this is a sensible translation.

German seems to be a language where you just keep joining words together, making them longer and longer.

Mamya - the translation just seems a little awkward.

LinKing - I speak Cat, Dog and a little English (the Scottish version) but that is my limit. :-)

And krankenwagen, sounds more exotic than hospital or ambulance

So

The bottom half is
Racing cars on the Katzenbach at the Nürburgring.

Thank you shaneystar - I am sure that you have helped me out before. Thank you. The postcards that I am working on are old and the writing small. Even with a magnifying glass, it is difficult to see some of the words.

I needed a sensible(ish) heading to put online on the Oxfam site - and now I have one.
