Ebay Problem

I’ve bought two separate items from two separate sellers and I have a problem with both. Now I use Ebay all the time, like a lot! And can’t remember e the last time I complained . But I’ve complained to both these sellers. And have had the exact response from both, almost to the point I think it’s the same person. One item was a pair of flip flops (brand new). They are not the right size - doesn’t even say a size on them but I cannot even get them on! And one is a Summer playsuit (brand new) - shorts with strappy top attached. Again so small I cannot get it on. Both have replied offering me £2 refund and to give the items to a friend as a present! I’ve said no as they are not what I’ve paid for and want a full refund. I’ve even offered to send the items back if they pay postage. They just aren’t replying to anything now. Next step??

Escalate it with Ebay and Paypal if that's how you paid.
Contact ebay and make a complaint about both sellers. I only ever have had one problem with, in this case, non delivered goods and I got my money back.

Sounds like they are either Chinese or importing from China, a lot of them don't get the sizes right.
Open a complaint in eBay Resolution Centre.
They are very good sorting things out and you should get full refund including postage.

After endless messages and offers etc one has refunded me fully; and the other one had promised to refund me fully today!
