Monday. I went to the Churchill yesterday to bring niece and SIL home. we were assured that Niece is now top of the list. That could be today or ten years time.

Nothing to do today. So it's wash the kitchen floor and clean the barbie.

Warm weather playing havoc with my breathing. One of my grandsons, Oliver, spent most of the day with us yesterday. He is 4 and taught himself to ride his bike without stabilisers. I take him around the churchyard paths next door to ride safely, then he takes my mobility scooter and has a go on that too. Love him to bits. A little soul mate and an action man.

Brilliant TL. Make the most of him, they grow up far too quickly.

Here's hoping your niece gets the call very soon and her transplant can go ahead, WBM.

Funnily enough I too am planning to polish the kitchen floor today. We blitzed the upstairs yesterday and it's time to do the same downstairs today. If I get the opportunity I will spend some time outside in the garden later and enjoy it for the time we have remaining in this house.

Well the occupant, or should I say squatter, of the new property apparently can't vacate until mid October, so we are looking at the end of October - not wanting to make two mortgage payments in one month.

Fingers crossed, 1ozzy. There's so much to do, even from the very moment we get the keys.
