We used to play a card game which we called "Son of Fred" but now I cannot remember all the rules! Each player started with about 7 cards and three coins. The game went round the table each player must play a card of the same denomination or suit into the centre stack and the object was to get rid of all your cards. Certain cards imposed a penalty on the next player - Pick up two, reverse play etc. Anyone know the full rules or an alternative name as I cannot find Son of Fred?

I know that game, we call it Chase the Ace.
