Need Help To Use This Item ...

I bought these -

they are 4 small clips for the corners of duvets, to hold the duvet in place inside the cover.
its a rubbery shell shape, with a metal pin - like a large drawing pin, that you push through the fabric and then back into the shell.
Ive received them but the instructions are in japanese, and i cant figure out how to get the pin out!
ive been pulling and twisting and pushing and bending etc etc and i just cant get it out!
I'm limited as i dont want to bend the pin or break i etc.
there must be a knack to it, that will be so obvious as soon as i know it haha

Does anyone else have these that can explain it to me? or know where i can find instructions etc?
ive googled, youtubed, and asked the seller, but no luck

Looking at others they would appear to be magnetic like security tags in clothes in shops. Was there a circular base that you rest the pin on so that you can pull the ‘shell’ off

No clips aren't the same.
Can only assume it needs brute force.
Problematic buying from China.

Do the two parts perhaps separate by sliding one against the other rather than by pulling?

The product comes from China so the language of the instructions will, presumably, be Chinese, not Japanese. Why not take one clip with the instructions to your favourite Chinese restaurant and smile nicely at the waiter?

there is nothing to slide - it like a round plastic piece inside the shell and a large pin stuck in it

the instructions has pics but its still very vague
the bit that appears to be the removal bit, has a finger pushing the pin forward, and something on the other side pushing the other way - but its not a finger its just a rectangle with some letters in it - so no idea what that is.
ive tried pushing and pulling and all manner of variations on that theme.

Message the seller. Tell them you're considering returning the item, but you can't get the damn things off your duvet. What do they suggest?

yes theyre the same as those panda ones - there was nothing like that in the pack - i ordered 2 boxes so there should be two, but nothing here like that.
the picture on the instructions also has nothing remotely like that

the seller has actually finally responded - i gave up on them
they said to send pics and the cbk number etc and they'll find out what happened

hopefully they can send me the gadget. there would have been no room in the boxes for anything of that size though
