If you were going to lead a PIA for your class project who would you include in the process and why is their participation important for completing the PIA successfully?

Whoops...just looked again and read the title....you would need to include all those who took part...or refused to take part....so that you get a balance of opinion. Questionnaires? interviews?Combination of the two....which would be most appropriate and why....etc

erm read the chapter in your textbook that says
Doing a Post implementation successfully

nowhere will it say - put it on the internet and see what walk-in bozos say

what would you include - you are doing an audit, so
set targets, measure the targets and included the people who did the implementation - planner, starter, team members

er sorry lost interest
never liked audit ....
