The only thing I can think of is if you take, say a two page average from each category (cos like sleepincutie and Hermia say Jewellery etc is expensive) then multiply it by the total of items in the catalogue to give you an idea. But, no that probably won't work cos we don't know the exact number of items!!
Errrmmmm could you email argos through the website? They might think you were a multimillionaire!

Could do the average idea I guess, there is the advert for Argos at the moment which talks about a guy having to find 6,700 presents, so I am guessing that is about how many items.
Think I may have to contact Argos, but if it takes them 45 minutes to find a toaster in the store room I dread to think when I will get an answer!
The other person is also researching the value too, when we have an answer the money changes hands!
