My Fitbit has been playing up for a month or so.

Taking days to update info and not recording sleep cycles properly.

Now it has stopped working altogether and only displays the watch and doesn’t even appear to be charging. It won’t sync with the iPad and there doesn’t appear to be anything I can do.

I had a look on the internet when it was taking days to upload and it worked for a day then went back to being slow.

Is it *** or is there something I’m not doing do you think?

How long have you had it? When part of mine was broken and I couldn’t charge it last year I emailed Fitbit. They replied nearly by return and were quite helpful. As it was over 2 years out of warranty they offered 25% discount on a new one. I didn’t take them up on it, though.
