Toy From Late '80S/early '90S

Does anyone who's around 35-40 remember having a toy as a kid, which was a plastic tube with tongue-shaped levers at both ends, and you and someone else used to flick a ball along this tube at each other with the aim of flicking it past the tongue and scoring a point? It was a light blue colour, with blue knobs on either side and was about 3ft long.

I've been looking for it on Google and I can't find any trace of it without its name.
