New Storage Heater Clicking

Just had a storage heater installed - one of the super doopa Dimplex Quantum ones. It’s working fine and I learned how to set it, but when I have heat on it seems to be clicking a lot. I’ve got it set to 22 degrees. I know the whole metal contracting and expanding can make noise but this seems to be nearly all the time. Is that normal? Very annoying if it is! Or is it just settling in?

I have had storage heaters for years and they don't click. It would drive me mad if they did!!! Very, very occasionally in the evening, when they are cooling down, they make a sort of bang.
Had 2 lots from new too and clicks didn't happen.

Hmm didn’t think they should. Have left message for those who installed it and perhaps I shouldn’t pay until they’ve come back to me?
Possible fault with the charge control.
Yes. If you don't pay, they will come back quicker.
Did you ever get this sorted?I'm having the same issue so any advice would be welcome.
