I got my Brexit coin today.

£5 for a Brilliant Uncirculated Quality coin.

However, it's from Westminster collection as the queue for the Mint on the 31st was too big for me to wait.

Also, from the mint, the coin is £10 but from the Westminster collection it was only £5.

The coin from the mint comes in a collectors pack.

The coin from Westminster collection comes in a "Change Checker" sleeve and window with the change checker holographic mark.

'Change Checker' is simply a trading name of 288 Group Ltd, which also trades as 'The Westminster Collection' and 'CPM Coins': https://www.288group.com/288-group-collectables-division/ (Somewhat oddly perhaps, a separate division of 288 Group Ltd, Sitters.co.uk, can find you a babysitter!)

what do you actually mean by certified?
Change Checker is a registered trademark if that is what you mean.

When I say certified I mean, is change checker a known distributor for official coin?

I don't see why it was £5 cheaper from the mint's price of £10.

Buen has answered a few questions in one though.
