I went to the Comic Con today at Kensington Olympia. The most famous guests I saw were Ian McDiarmud, Robert Englund, Sylvester McCoy and Fraser Hines. There were a few others but not as well known. A few people pulled out due to coronavirus and I think I missed Christopher Lambert who was there yesterday.

I've been wanting to go since the Red Dwarf was popular in the 90s.

Anyone ever been and which famous guests did you see?

I've never been but recall answering a query from Dancetotrance a few years ago about it, not sure if they went or not.
I've never being to one but always wanted to go... Robert Englund, (Aka Freddy Kruger for those unaware) I've wanted to meet, Shame you Missed Chris Lambert, Highlander being one of my all time favourite movies. I'm sure you had a great time though, will have a look on FB if you post any pics.

Actually, it's McDiarmid...keep spelling his name wrong :o(
That's ok Tigger I just couldn't figure out whom it were... I love mi Star Trek ;-)
Question Author
Weirdly enough, I've never really been a fan of Star Trek. I used to watch the original ones when they were on BBC2 back in the 80s but none of the other ones after that.
Truth be told I are a Sci-fi geek. Star trek and Star wars... most variations But Red Dwarf in the late eighties all the way through into the nineties Wow. I still find oneself qouting them now.
Question Author
Mee too, although I don't use the word smeg as mush as I used to years ago.
One of the classic and one of my all time favourite scenes:

Thought Emperor Palpatine was Star Wars, not Star Trek.
It is Denton, Tigger understood my little joke.

I was going to go to a convention in Atlanta a few years back. I was manic at the time, I am invincible when I am high.

The flight was changed near the time of the convention and my confidence and mood were vanishing. I would have to change planes at JFK airport. I cancelled the trip.

There were loads of Stargate actors there. :-)

Awe bless, at least London is Viable and not have to renew ones passport for the states... but hmm Amanda Tapping...
Amanda Tapping is pretty. Jason Momoa, Joe Flanigan etc are yummy too.
