for some obscure reason I can't log in to my facebook account. They have asked me to download a photo, and I have tried SEVERAL formats and NONE including .jpg work. and facebook keep saying they want a different format? I am sick and tired of this. WHY can't we GO BACK to the days of telephoning A PERSON and getting a HUMAN BEING on the line answering their phones?? HOW do I get back into my facebook account when I CAN'T PHONE and contact SOMEONE and also CAN'T send them a photo? Anybody would think I was after a visa for North Korea or a pass for the secret files inside the Kremlin. HELP please.

I think they will have asked you to upload a photo, maybe this has something to do with your problem? You can also just open another account?

Yes of course I have tried entering my password, that enters automatically with my email address, both are saved as my log n details. They HAVE a photo of me when I set up the account, so WHY they want another one is beyond me.
