Apparently Parcelforce has a problem with its Dashboard not working. This has meant that I have been unable to track my parcel with my tracking number. It should have been delivered yesterday but wasn't. I would have thought that the Dashboard being down shouldn't stop deliveries. Because my block of flats can be difficult to find I don't know if the driver couldn't find it or it is something to do with the technical problem. Anyone had any such experience? Thanking you.
There might still be some problems with staff shortages due to Covid-19. I had a delivery which was meant to arrive within a couple of days but actually took 14 days to get here.
Yes Chris, we agree. Your link it exactly what I get and what I have got ever since I was notified the parcel was on its way on Thursday. It's over £100's worth of stuff from Screwfix and I have been here all the time. I am very suspicious the driver couldn't find my flat as I can see his name and don't recognise it as someone who has delivered here before. I suppose I'll have to phone my local PO on Monday.
