Breville Fryer Halogen Bulb Burnt Out

The bulb has burnt out and i have seen them for sale .However, i seen a few sites that it cannot be fixed -https://www.hotairfrying.com/breville-halo-health-fryer/ "There are no user replaceable parts. According to Breville, if anything in the machine fails, including the halogen bulb burning out, the machine as a whole must be returned for servicing."

The situation with your fryer is akin to that which applies to mobile phones and laptops with ' non- replaceable' batteries. i.e. it is actually possible to replace them yourself but it has to be done 'unofficiall y' by taking the device to pieces. In most cases you can find out how to do it (if you're brave enough!) on Youtube but I can't find any videos that...
