Probably teh wrong place to ask it but there's not enough options...

What is the mildest (weakest) commonly available rolling tobacco? A friend mentioned Cutters Choice.

Fresh Air
While fresh air is quite mild it does tend to burn quite quickly and it isn't great to roll with i you are using a thinner paper. I would agree with your friend that cutters choice is quite mild, although it is a few quid more than fresh air.
There are two types of Drum available, one's mild...

Can't be any more specific than that given I'm not a smoker, just work in a newsagents!!

cutters choice is mild, as is amber leaf. drum is quite harsh and smalls a bit nasty, even the mild kind.

of course you can buy the filters to add when you make the roll ups which helps with any harshness.

personal recommendation would be amber leaf as you can buy it in a convenient box which also has rolling papers included.

I'd agree with that - one would assume drum mild, but it's still very strong smelling and acrid.

Thanks for that guys, very useful...managed to get hold of some Cutters Choice and it's very mild.
Old Holborn now do a mild tobaco called Mellow Yellow or something. Cutters Choice whilst not having much flavour is certainly not mild - unless you mean Cutters Choice Mild!

To me 'Old Holburn' and 'mild' can't exist in the same sentence.

I bought some once and just felt like a dirty old tramp. It stank, tasted harsh and foul and... bleugh. I think I chucked it away after a few cigarettes.

At the mo I'm smoking Amber Leaf because it's cheap, I never have to bother buying papers, and because it isn't as harsh as Golden Virginia, which I used to smoke and do like the taste of.

It's weird, moving down to Amber Leaf I didn't notice the difference, but smoking GV again just hurt the throat quite bad.
