Microphone Has No Sound On My Ring Video Doorbell

I can't hear anything when I view live on my Ring Video Doorbell, no sound on my mobile phone or on my laptop and TV. Even when it records things there is no sound. Why is this and how do I fix it?

Have you gone into the app to check whether you've got the microphone disabled (as it is here, at the bottom right: https://ibb.co/xDYtkpg )?

Yes I have and it is not disabled it is on, but getting no sounds from outside on any of my devices, it still gives me motion alert and doorbell alert sounds.
