Instructions how to work an Ideal Elan 2 boiler - please ?

Hi, Am renting my place out and need to provide some instructions on how to work the boiler. It's 15 yrs old so the Ideal website hasn't a .pdf I can use. The original instructions only really cover how to turn it on/off, rather than how to set the timer. It's easy enough but I'm not good at explaining things ! Can anyone help ?

The best thing is to set it up for them while they watch or find something with a similar timer. Don't forget, as a landlord you need to get a CORGI test certificate for the gas installation before they move in.

I'd thought that too but I guess the agency want instructions available for all future tenants too, save me the hassle of keep going back ! Have looked for a similar timer but not many around of that era. Aw well, s'pose I'll have to type'em up, in between work, packing, solicitors, moving ... And I've got me CORGI certificate ;o) Cheers !

Call Elan customer service on 01482 498 367 and they will send you an instruction & servicing manual.
