It says - giff gaff £10 evchr

The only 16 digit number I can see is as follows , which doesnt look right - indeed I have tried putting that number in and it says it is an invalid number

It starts with two numbers , then a dash , then six numbers , then a dash then one number , then a dash , then six numbers then. Dash then one number

It says ' transaction Id'

Has she been given the wrong voucher - I e. Not a top up voucher ?

The number needs to be entered without any spaces or hyphens. Is that how you did it?

Yes just the numbers

That vid is talking about activating SIM card

She wants to top.up with credit which has run out

The top up voucher usually has four groups of four numbers

Bazile,
there's a gift gaff 'top up' function on my phone within the phones 'phonebook' .. have never used it as I'm on a monthly contract with giff gaff for a basic 6.00 a month calls & texts. I think it's installed automatically when you have giff gaff.
