I am paying for the delivery and I am paying for the produce why does the company think its OK to try and charge me a small order fee its not fair. Im paying for the food and the delivery why do they need a small order fee it is rude and I not going to pay at all now, I will forget my produce.

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.it was for some food I wanted a sandwich from the shop delivered and I go online and they charge me for a sandwich, they charge me for delivery, they give me a service charge for using the online approach and then I get to payment and they want £3.50 small service charge which is the same price as the sandwich. I'm not happy I've missed lunch now.
Canary42 i had no problem with the delivery fee it was the "small order fee" which was more expensive than my actual order thank you very much. I would happily pay a man £5 to go and get me a sandwich as long as he didn't say to me "you have to buy two sandwiches else I will charge you an extra £3 on top of that delivery".
It costs the same to deliver a 3 pound sandwich as it does to deliver a hundred pounds worth of food. Cost of the sandwich is irrelevant. If you don't like the delivery charge pick up the sandwich yourself.
