Not mine but my neighbours I know nothing about them. She got it from her daughter when switched on 4 lights flash in sequence book says press mode to select which program smooth chunky etc but press mode then smooth but it just keeps flashing what we doing wrong anyone got one and can explain how to start it up.

Why did her daughter give it away. I have different make you have to put in ingredients and some stock then select cooking time. I have a dial that is turned to strength to blend vegetables. Have you looked on line for directions

There is instructions with it as you say you put in all ingredients then stock. But it says press mode button then select one of the 4 flashing lights but nothing seems to be happening. Also says to unplug to reset so also tried this. Her daughter thought it would be of use to her being on her own but she lives quite a bit away. She said it should work in this way.

Ah! Neighbour has just pointed out I have put wrong make it’s Murphy Richards. We have tried again today and the chunky setting is flashing but can get nowhere from there. Tried tapping start nothing tried tapping mode then smooth nothing happens. Anyone got one of these and can advise please.
