I'd expect such a drive to work under Windows 10 on a 'plug and play' basis (i.e. without the need to install any drivers).
Why not simply plug it into a Windows 10 PC or laptop and try it? If it will play a CD then, as Windows is clearly recognising it, it will almost certainly be capable of burning CDs and DVDs.
