Bought this for sister (a wee cheapie)

VYTRONIX CSU600 Upright Corded Vacuum Cleaner | Lightweight 2-in-1 Stick & Handheld Vacuum | Powerful 600W Motor

and likes it - she has had many many hoovers over the years but they're all to heavy for her to lift.

Now I have some wee thing like the link - but my whole vacuum remains (all in one) you know handle, attached to rubbish barrel, to floor.

But I have used hers and the barrel (ie the dustbin) keeps twirling and twirling. Would this be correct.

I have only a few days to send it back but don't know if it is broke or not. Anybody tell if it is.
Thanks

That doesn't sound right.

I'm not sure we understand your question. "Wee" in this part of the woods, means to go to the toilet. However, if she is vacuuming and it is twirling round, I would say that's not right.
Question Author
thanks chelle - if it were mine it would crack me up twirling. I have sent a question to the seller so I will see.
Yes that's the one in the video I posted - no twirling there, Is it fitted together properly? It might need locking in place?
Question Author
Must say it is a great wee sucker-up. If I get the problem sorted I would buy one for myself.
Good luck, does sound annoying!
Looks like a good little hoover for the price though
Question Author
she assembled it herself and she is not too great however they should be easy enough to put together. Yes that's the one Chelle.
Question Author
She has done something wrong at the assembly but I had my neighbour over there - and he said the twirling wouldn't annoy him.

Sister assembled it herself and believe me she's not the greatest - I do those things. Do think if it twirled and twirled - it would put pressure on your back.

Yes chelle - over the years her and I bought loads of hoovers but my wee scittery one has done me for a few months. But I tried hers over my own carpets tonight and couldn't believe how good it was and whilst it twirled deffo lifted the wee bits and bobs on your carpet.

Where can I find the RETURN date on the hoover thing
Slightly off topic, but I've noticed that in the UK most of you, at least on this site, refer to all vacuum cleaners as "Hoovers" even when they are not made by Hoover:)
Like other trademarked items, Hoover has even made into the Dictionary.
I guess it's the same as most of us referring to all disposable tissues as "Kleenex".
Question Author
santac - slightly off topic - but did find return date. Thanks all again.
Correct Sanmac, it has become the word for a vacuum cleaner. The verb for using one is inevitably hoovering. In our house it should really be dysoning.
