Given that you can buy the stuff on Amazon, somebody must be prepared to transport it!

It might be worth googling 'ADR courier' to see if there are any firms that could help.

Royal Mail take medium parcels up to 10kg for about £22 but only if it is water-based not solvent-based.

Strictly speaking 'ADR' refers to an agreement for the international carriage of dangerous goods:

However the term is used loosely to mean the movement of hazardous materials domestically as well.
