is it possible to get a delivery to a different address for a one off delivery but still use my delivery saver pass?

Yes. I've done it for holidays

If you’re using the Tesco Grocery & Clubcard app, select ‘Add new address’ within the ‘Book a slot’ section. Enter the details required, then select ‘Use this address’. Choose a convenient delivery slot and then tap ‘Begin shopping’.

thanks barry, mine is for a holiday too. i have some other slots booked to my home - will i have to wait till they are done before changing it?

No, changing address for one delivery shouldn't affect other deliveries. At Christmas I have shopping delivered to three different addresses booked in advance
