I am keeping my number while changing phone suppliers, they want my number and PAC number. Is this on the phone somewhere

No it's not on your phone the PAC number is the Porting Authorisation Code given to you by your existing network, if you haven't already got it, get in touch with your current network and ask them for it.

PAC is your personal access code you get it from your network supplier they will need you to confirm your details so you must have registered your phone hope this helps, nikki.
